Move in Certified program

Move in Certified means that your home has been inspected, and that you certify that all major systems are functioning properly and there are no major defects in the home. It is a way that you can market your home to potential buyers as ready to move into with no needed repairs.

I will inspect your home and advise you of anything that would need repairs. If repairs are needed, you have time to get estimates from several contractors to get the best value on the repairs. It might also alert you of any potential safety hazards that you were unaware of. If a potential buyer finds these defects during their inspection, they will either offer a lower price, ask you to get it fixed (sometimes by their contractor at an inflated price) or completely back out of the deal!

If no repairs are needed, or after the repairs are made, a “Move in Certified” yard sign will be placed!
