* I have taken and passed the Wisconsin State Home Inspectors exam.

* I have taken and passed all home inspection courses with The HE Better School of Building Inspection.

* I have been involved in  building maintenance for over 14 years, and have GC several projects.

* I am a member in good standing of The National Association of Certified Home Inspectors. (NACHI.org)

* I have taken and passed NACHI's Inspector Examination.

* I have completed NACHI's code of ethics obsticle course.

* I have completed NACHI's Standards of Pratice quiz.

* I abide by NACHI's Code of Ethics.

* I follow NACHI's Standards of Practice.

* I have taken and passed NACHI's Structural Course.

* I have taken and Passed NACHI's Roofing Course

* I have taken and passed NACHI's Polybutylene Plumbing Course.

* I have taken and passed NACHI's Vermiculite Insulation Course.

* I ahve taken and passed NACHI's Water Heater Couse.

* I have taken and passed NACHI's Emergency Exit Course.

* I have taken and passed NACHI's Commercial Inspection Course.

* I have taken and passed the "Enviromental Hazards" course.

* I have taken and passed NACHI's Safe Practices for the Home Inspector Course.

* I have taken and passed NACHI's Log Home Inspection Course.

* I have taken and passed "How To Inspect for Moisture Intrusion" course by NACHI.

* I have taken and passed "Radon Measurement Service Provider Course" by InterNACHI.
* I am bound by NACHI to fulfill at least 24 hours of continuing education each year, but I like to go well beyond that and learn as much as I can to keep up with the ever changing housing industry.
